Position Summary

The Charter Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, converting sales opportunities into confirmed bookings, and coordinating charter trips with local operations teams. This position combines customer service, inside sales, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through trip confirmation and payment, where applicable.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate information and exceptional service throughout the booking process.
• Inside Sales: Participate in outbound sales calls and campaigns to generate interest, develop customer relationships, and secure charter bookings.
• Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and communicate accurate pricing, trip details, and booking information based on customer requirements.
• Sales Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and prospective bookings to convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Trip Booking and Confirmation: Process charter reservations, confirm trip details, and ensure booking information is accurate and complete.
• Operations Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with local Charter Operations Teams to coordinate trip requirements and support successful service delivery.
• Billing and Collections: Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and collection activities in designated markets.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer and booking records while completing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of experience in customer service and inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal operations teams.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site at our Crowley, TX location is required.
