Outside Sales Representative – Restaurant & Bar Accounts

Carbonator Rental Service | Philadelphia Metro, South Jersey & Delaware

Who We Are

Carbonator Rental Service keeps drinks flowing at many of the Philadelphia area's top restaurants and bars. We provide, install, and maintain soda equipment, and we supply fountain syrup, CO2, and the gases that run draft beer systems. Our accounts are long-term, service-driven relationships: once we earn a restaurant's business, we keep it by showing up.

We're growing and adding to our sales team.

The Role

•     Open new accounts and support existing accounts

•     Cover a territory that includes [Philadelphia / Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery counties / South Jersey / Delaware]

•     Prospect in person, often through the back door between lunch and dinner rush, to reach owners, GMs, and bar managers

•     Plan your week by geography so you spend more time with decision-makers and less time in traffic

•     Assess equipment needs, build proposals, and close

•     Focus on selling and relationships while our service technicians handle installs, repairs, and after-hours calls

Who Wins Here

•     You're comfortable walking in unannounced, asking for the owner, and asking for the meeting

•     You work a plan, set weekly activity goals, and hit them

•     You earn the trust of busy, hands-on operators by being responsive and reliable

•     You keep your pipeline organized and your activity tracked

•     Restaurant, bar, beverage, or foodservice experience is a strong plus but not required

•     You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

•     Previous sales experience preferred

What You Get

•     Base salary  plus commission.

•     Commission on new and existing accounts, with expected first-year total earnings of

•     Monday–Friday daytime schedule: no nights, no weekends, no on-call
