Independent Sales Representative – HR Tech / Employee Engagement

With rising costs, tighter budgets, and an increasingly crowded benefits landscape, employers are looking for ways to improve employee engagement and create meaningful experiences without adding more cost and complexity.

ShopRaise is an employee engagement and workplace giving platform that transforms everyday shopping into support for the causes employees care about.

ShopRaise combines employee engagement, workplace giving, and everyday shopping into one simple program.

• Employees shop with thousands of participating retailers and purchase gift cards while generating contributions for the causes they care about.
• Employers get a cost-effective way to strengthen engagement, culture, and purpose without adding another expensive or complicated benefit. 

The Opportunity

We are looking for independent sales representatives, Brokers and Benefits Consultants with experience selling HR technology, employee benefits, employee engagement, workplace programs, SaaS, or related solutions.

This is especially well suited for professionals with established relationships with:

• HR leaders and decision-makers
• Benefits professionals and brokers
• Business owners and executives
• HR consultants and PEOs
• Organizations with 250+ employees

This is a non-exclusive opportunity, so you can represent ShopRaise alongside other products and services in your portfolio.

You bring the relationships. ShopRaise provides the product, demos, contracts, onboarding, implementation, billing, and customer support.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Direct Sales

• 30% commission in Year 1
• 20% recurring commission for the lifetime of the client

Referral Partners

You can also earn recurring income by introducing qualified referral partners, including benefits brokers, consultants, PEOs, and other organizations that can refer business to ShopRaise.

• 5% recurring commission for the lifetime of clients generated by qualified referral partners you introduce

This gives you two ways to build recurring income: selling directly to employers and developing referral partnerships.

• Identify and develop qualified opportunities
• Leverage your existing relationships and professional network
• Introduce ShopRaise to HR and benefits decision-makers
• Present ShopRaise to prospective employers
• Develop relationships with potential referral partners
• Help move qualified opportunities through the sales process

ShopRaise handles the sales materials, demos, contracting, onboarding, implementation, billing, and ongoing customer support.
