Sales Executive | Reports to CEO | Exempt | Scranton, PA

Join the world leader in miniature golf course design and construction!

We're looking for a driven, full-time Sales Account Executive to turn prospects into partners — guiding customers from first conversation through groundbreaking. You'll own the full sales cycle: hunting leads, closing deals, and staying hands-on through construction to make sure every client gets the course they envisioned.

This job is based in Scranton, PA. Candidates must reside in Northeast PA or have the ability to relocate on their own.

What you'll own:

• Build your pipeline — source leads, pitch, and close
• Guide clients through planning, financing, and compliance
• Keep CRM (Hubspot) records sharp and up to date
• Hit individual and team sales targets
• Issue purchase orders and run Pre-Construction Conferences
• Partner with design/construction teams to deliver on customer expectations
• Stay the client's point of contact through and after the build
• Represent Harris at trade shows and on-site visits
• Travel to client sites and industry trade shows to get the job done

What you bring to the table:

• College degree + 3-5 years of sales experience
• A great attitude and professional demeanor
• A track record of hitting numbers, ideally in entertainment/leisure
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• CRM and Microsoft Office fluency
• A self-starter mentality with sound judgment
• Bonus: miniature golf or recreational products experience a plus
