Overview

This full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX, involves managing and driving regional sales growth for Sanden Vendo America. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on building relationships with new and existing clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

include identifying opportunities to expand market share, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves regular travel within the region to engage with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, relationship management, and customer retention
• Strong ability in client presentations, negotiations, and closing sales
• Skills in market analysis, sales forecasting, and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of commercial refrigeration, vending, or food service equipment markets is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or experience required
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
• Experience attending local and national corporate trade shows.
