Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and maintain relationships with our clients while helping coordinate internal operations to ensure client success. This role combines client management, account oversight, problem solving, communication, and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time. You will work directly with clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are completed, issues are resolved, and client expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct proactive client outreach and follow-up
• Assist with onboarding new clients and account setup
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed
• Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations
• Assist with invoicing, account updates, and administrative tasks
• Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help improve client retention and overall customer satisfaction
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and client success
