We are currently hiring an AT&T; Wireless Associate to join our team in a role centered around sales and customer service. In this AT&T; Wireless Associate position, you will work directly with local businesses and customers, introducing AT&T; products and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. Responsibilities

:

• Connect directly with local businesses and customers to promote AT&T; products and services through a sales and customer service approach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions such as Business Fiber, wireless services, and connectivity packages.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with businesses and customers to drive repeat business.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity to ensure an organized and efficient pipeline.
• Clearly explain product features and benefits in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
• Support customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
