We fund small and medium-sized businesses with Merchant Cash Advances, Revenue-Based Financing, Term Loans, Equipment Financing, and SBA solutions and we do it fast, with strong lender relationships and a process built for closers. If you can sell, we have everything else you need to win.

What You'll Do

• Work a qualified pipeline of business owners seeking capital
• Present and close funding solutions over the phone
• Build relationships with clients and guide deals through a streamlined funding process
• Hit targets, grow your book, and advance as we expand Schedule &

Compensation

Hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM Your choice of two structures:

• Performance Track: Commission only 20% to start, scaling up to 30% after $5M funded
• Base + Commission Track: $20/hour + 5% commission Both paths offer uncapped earning potential. You pick what fits your confidence level. Health insurance available (partial employer contribution). What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of phone sales experience (required)
• Merchant Cash Advance or business finance experience (strongly preferred)
• Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable
