NOTE: All applicants MUST have experience selling HVAC equipment. Candidates without HVAC experience will not be considered. Modern Energy is hiring a full time Salary plus commission sales person to sell energy efficient heat pumps for heating and cooling purposes. State rebates of $8,500 to $16,000 makes for a relatively easy sale for high end home and commercial HVAC equipment. As a sales representative your duties will include:

Duties

: - Conduct outside sales activities in our local area (within 60 miles) to generate new leads and close sales - Run appointments from in house developed warm leads to maximize sales opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns - Utilize our CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products/services - Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets - Participate in business development activities to expand the customer base

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in outside HVAC sales - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Proficient in keeping data accurate in CRM software - Knowledge of technology sales is a plus - Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
