Sales Representative Mass Save Program BCI Group | Westborough, MA About BCI Group BCI Group is a growing insulation and energy efficiency company dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses reduce energy costs, improve comfort, and take advantage of valuable incentive programs. As a participating contractor in the Mass Save Program, we help customers access energy-saving solutions while building long-term relationships within our communities. We are looking for a motivated , driven , and outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, and earning uncapped commission in a high-demand industry.

What You'll Do

• Educate homeowners and business tenants about Mass Save energy efficiency programs and available incentives.
• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, community outreach, and company-provided opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct consultations with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Represent BCI Group professionally at community events, networking functions, and industry gatherings. What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners.
• Sales, customer service or business development experience required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
