Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, leveraging your multilingual skills to connect with diverse audiences and drive high-end automotive sales. Your energetic approach will help build strong customer relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline, and support dealership objectives through outbound and inbound sales efforts. Duties

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and digital communication channels to generate leads and promote vehicle sales.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects, utilizing cold calling techniques to expand the dealership's customer base and increase sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by tracking client interactions and follow-ups using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems supported by technical tools.
• Assist customers in exploring automotive financing options, upselling additional services, and closing deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by providing detailed client communication, preparing sales presentations, and participating in public speaking engagements when needed.
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to stay informed about available vehicles and promotional campaigns, ensuring accurate inventory control.
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, professional communication skills, and organizational skills to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within a dealership or high-end retail environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while building lasting customer relationships.
• Familiarity with automotive industry sales processes, including automobile financing options and inventory management systems.
• Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both bilingual languages (specify languages as needed), with the ability to engage diverse clients confidently.
• Prior experience with CRM software, automotive financing tools, and inventory control systems will be considered an asset.
• Organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency are essential for managing multiple clients and maintaining accurate records.
