Position Summary

: As a Solar Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, setting appointments for our solar consultants. Your role is simple: engage with families, spark interest in solar, and help them take the first step toward saving money on their electric bills. What We Offer:

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for our solar consultants
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our brand
• Track appointments and report results to the sales team

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when families are home

Compensation
