Position Summary

: Our sales managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand. We Offer:

Qualifications

:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
• Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
• Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

Responsibilities

:

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Manage all sales aspects of the business including
• lead generation
• grass roots marketing
• establishing business to business relationships
• lead tracking
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
• Sell memberships and retail
• Retain and increase client participation
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams. Pay: $56,273.22 - $58,516.95 per year
