We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SIGN SALES with complete understanding of the Sign business and its intricacies. You would need to demonstrating the ability to build relationships and drive results. This role is essential in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Candidates without sign sales experience need not apply.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct design demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up with potential customers.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in our Sign Industry specific software system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SIGN sales or customer service roles is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving results and overcoming challenges.
