What You'll Do

This is a hands-on sales role focused on building relationships and closing deals. Core

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to new B2B customers
• Follow up with existing and past customers to generate repeat business
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into orders
• Build and manage your own pipeline of leads
• Track activity and deals using CRM or internal tools
• Coordinate with internal team on pricing, availability, and fulfillment What Success Looks Like
• Consistent outreach (calls, texts, emails, and/or visits)
• Growing book of business and repeat customers
• Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
• Building long-term customer relationships Who We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
• Strong communication and persistence
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts Bonus (not required):
• Experience in automotive, truck parts, or industrial equipments
• Existing network in trucking or repair industry

Compensation

$45K base + Tier commission on revenue starting from 5% + new account acquisition bonus (up to $850 per account) Uncapped earning potential high performers can scale income quickly. Flexible start option available: candidates may begin with an hourly + commission structure (2030 hrs/week) during an initial ramp period, with transition to full-time base + commission based on performance.
