Duties

• Generate new client leads through proactive outreach, networking, and marketing strategies provided by the team
• Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining transparency and integrity
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to showcase listings effectively
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and legal documentation in compliance with real estate law
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and ensuring a smooth transaction experience
• Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and community events to expand your reach Experience
• Valid real estate license in good standing with applicable state or regional authorities
• Prior experience in real estate sales or administrative roles within the industry is preferred but not requiredtraining will be provided!
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and local market trends to ensure compliant transactions
• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
