Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth, timely transaction
• Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities
• Meet with clients to determine their needs and preferences, then help them find their ideal home
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals
• Stay organized and on top of all client communications and documentation

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CA Real Estate license, if not about to take the exam
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
• A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required
