Del Rey Urban Brokerage, Inc. (DRUB) is a luxury boutique brokerage in Santa Monica servicing clients throughout the Westside, Los Angeles, the South Bay and beyond with a focus on luxury real estate, value-add real estate investment opportunities, and multifamily acquisitions. We serve clients in our communities, family office clients, high-net-worth individuals, and our own investment firm, actively structuring and investing in deals in-house and for our investor clients. Our experience transcends most, and we are only looking for select agents with the following skills and traits. We are looking for an exceptional Real Estate Advisor with:

• CA real estate license
• Proven track record
• Strong sales & negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and natural hustle
• Strong analytical skills
• Design experience a plus
• Marketing experience a plus - utilize our in-house templates, CRM, and more
• Financial analysis a plus
• Interest in learning about real estate investments Who Can:
• Assist with sales and rental leads
• Service sellers
• Service buyers
• Identify distressed properties using our proven methods
• Analyze flip and multi-family buy and hold opportunities
• Negotiate offers
• Coordinate transactions from inspections to closings and beyond
• Build a network of investors, buyers and sellers through our marketing & sales methods
• Assist our in-house design team on investment opportunities (
• earn referral fees, or design fees)
• Assist in bringing in property management business (
