Key Responsibilities

• Greet shop customers and answer phone
• Gather customer and equipment information
• Assist customers with equipment and part selection
• Receive, stock, and pull parts
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment for customers
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment Equipment may include lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar small engine machinery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Some mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
