Showroom Sales Associate Plumbing, Lighting & Hardware Full-Time | Natick, MA Do you have a passion for interior design and a talent for helping people create beautiful spaces? Join a fast-growing, award-winning, high-end Plumbing, Lighting, and Hardware showroom serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Showroom Sales Associate who thrives in a consultative sales environment and loves guiding homeowners and industry professionals through exciting renovation projects.

What You'll Do

: As a Showroom Sales Associate, you'll be the trusted advisor for our discerning clientele from homeowners to designers and contractors helping them select the perfect plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware for their dream bathrooms, kitchens, and whole-home renovations. You'll build lasting relationships, deliver an exceptional showroom experience, and play a key role in our continued growth. What We're Looking For:

• Experience selling big-ticket home products (bath, lighting, hardware, or similar high-end goods preferred)
• A consultative approach you listen first, then advise
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with discerning, design-savvy clients
• Strong organization skills
• A genuine passion for interior design and home improvement
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to our Natick, MA showroom
• Valid driver's license preferred
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred

Compensation

:

• Competitive base pay based on industry experience
• A very lucrative uncapped tiered commission program
