Sales Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time) Sachs Jewelers | Mashpee Commons, Mashpee, MA Sachs Jewelers is a family-owned fine jewelry store known for exceptional customer service, lasting relationships, and a welcoming shopping experience. We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join our team. While jewelry experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for a proven sales professional who understands how to build relationships, earn customer trust, and confidently guide clients through the buying process. Candidates from luxury retail, automotive sales, real estate, furniture sales, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries are encouraged to apply. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend products and solutions that fit their style, budget, and occasion.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through outreach and relationship-building.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain customer records.
• Assist with merchandising, product presentation, and maintaining an inviting showroom.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including handling merchandise and displays.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.

Compensation

: Based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
