Sales Account Representative Warm Leads, Base + Uncapped Commission

Overview

OneSource Solutions is seeking driven Sales Account Representatives to help customers streamline their move. You'll close sales with new homeowners over the phone, driving them to choose internet, TV, security, and other essential home services in a single, focused call. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers
• Conduct professional, needsbased conversations and recommend solutions
• Follow a defined onecall close process to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while maintaining accuracy and speed
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve results What We're Looking For
