Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs. Be self starter and motivated!
• Work with our staff to recommend appropriate insurance products and proposals.
• Discuss policy terms, coverage options, and premiums to secure optimal solutions for clients while meeting sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, explaining policy details clearly, and addressing client questions promptly.
• Submit commercial survey forms and gather underwriting information quickly and efficiently so that our staff can prepare proposals for presentation. We work as a team to help you be successful.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes and maintain CA insurance licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through personalized communication and benefits administration. Experience
• Experience producers preferred! Proven success in CA Commercial insurance sales. 3-5 years CA Commercial insurance sales with a strong client base.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with experience in client communication and relationship building.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance products is highly desirable. Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
