About The Role As a Business Development Representative, you'll play an important role in helping Psych Plus grow by building relationships with healthcare providers and identifying new referral opportunities. This is a field-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting with providers face-to-face, and helping connect patients to much-needed behavioral health services. You'll support the team by identifying potential partners, setting up introductory meetings, and helping implement strategies to grow our presence in key markets.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals, and provider offices across a designated region to promote Psych Plus services and strengthen referral partnerships.
• Research and identify new business opportunities within the local healthcare community.
• Learn about industry trends and provider needs to support outreach strategies.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential partners to introduce Psych Plus offerings.
• Support the sales and outreach team with follow-up communication and relationship management.
• Help maintain tracking of outreach efforts, contacts, and meeting notes in CRM or other tools.
• Provide weekly updates to the team on progress, new leads, and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support onboarding of new provider partners.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of field sales experience in healthcare, preferably in behavioral health.
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Passion for healthcare, with an interest in behavioral health
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to build relationships and connect with new people
• Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage schedules and follow up proactively
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role while staying connected with a collaborative team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
