Job Description

Introduction With hundreds of clients located across the U.S. and a multitude of industries ranging from manufacturing to retail, our goal is to transform the client experience by providing a depth of resources, innovative thinking and collaboration, while maintaining strong personal relationships. Key responsibilities As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development team through a variety of responsibilities. You will prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials that drive strategic initiatives while ensuring quality assurance in all deliverables. Engaging directly with our network of Japanese corporate clientele, you will arrange client meetings and foster strong relationships that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, your commitment to research will enable you to explore and recommend innovative prospecting approaches aimed at attracting new clients. This position combines analytical skills and interpersonal engagement, making it essential for our mission of delivering quality service in the insurance industry. Some travel is required for this position, as our clients are in many states throughout the country.

Qualifications

: Knowledge And Skills Required B2B sales and marketing experience business-level Japanese and English ability Requires gaining either a P&C; or a Life & Health license within 3 months from the start day detail oriented self-starter quick learner team player creative thinker good people skills relationship-building skills excellent customer service skills superior verbal and written communication skills analytic and technical skills knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Friendly, upbeat, open-minded and culturally savvy Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
