Now Hiring: Front Desk Sales Associate Amazing Lash Studio Arcadia & Tempe Marketplace Love beauty? Love helping people feel confident? Love earning extra money through sales? This isn't your average front desk job. We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable sales professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment and enjoys connecting with people. If you're someone who can build relationships, close memberships, and create an exceptional guest experience, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a warm, positive attitude
• Book appointments and manage a busy daily schedule
• Answer incoming calls and respond to text inquiries
• Confidently use our POS and booking software
• Sell memberships, retail products, and service upgrades
• Follow up with new leads and previous guests to help fill the schedule
• Support our lash artists by keeping appointments running smoothly
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from check-in to checkout We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Reliable and dependable (you show up when scheduled)
• Available primarily evenings and weekends
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with customers
• Motivated by goals and earning commission
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional with excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (beauty experience is even better!)

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
• Plus Commission
