Product Specialist (Sales) All American Trailer Connection Location: Ft. Pierce , FL Pay: Base Salary + Commission | Motivated salespeople are earning $75,000$100,000+ annually Schedule: MondayFriday 95 | Saturday 91 (Yes, really. No late nights, no full weekends.) We're Not Looking for a Car Lot Veteran. We're Looking for a Closer. Utility trailers, dump trailers, equipment trailers, cargo trailers customers walk in every day ready to buy, and we need sharp, energetic salespeople who know how to meet them where they are and close the deal. We're not looking for someone who's spent years at a car dealership learning how to play the long game on one big sale. We want high-volume closers who thrive on pace, love people, and are hungry to grow. No trailer experience? Perfect. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the product we'd rather train you the right way than spend time breaking bad habits. What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the entire buying process from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they drive off the lot
• Quickly learn and confidently communicate the features, specs, and benefits of our full trailer lineup
• Engage multiple customers daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment this is not a "wait by the phone" kind of job
• Match customers to the right trailer based on their needs, budget, and goals
• Overcome objections and close sales with confidence and professionalism
• Build lasting relationships and follow up with customers who haven't yet pulled the trigger
• Log all customer interactions and follow-up activity in Salesforce (CRM)
• Get out into the community weekly to hunt for new business opportunities
• Post regularly on social media to generate leads and drive traffic to the dealership
• Assist customers with trailer parts and accessories purchases
• Collaborate with the rest of the team and embrace coaching from senior team members What We're Looking For
• 13 years of sales experience in a high-volume retail environment wireless/cell phone retail, electronics, auto parts, furniture, or similar strongly preferred
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting
• Natural ability to build rapport quickly and make customers feel comfortable
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to grow
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
