Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom.
• Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of Kia vehicles to customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and answering customer questions.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive comparisons.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in and knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Kia vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or automotive fields is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,128.00 - $74,995.00 per year
