Winners Crest Agency is actively hiring driven, professional individuals to join our team as Account Executives. This full-time, entry-level role is designed for candidates seeking to build a long-term career in sales, client management, and leadership. We partner with AT &T; Business Solutions, working directly with local organizations to provide customized wireless and mobility solutions. This position offers hands-on experience in client acquisition and account management, along with a performance-based compensation structured uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do
  • Develop relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Present and represent AT&T; Business solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to account activation
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored business solutions
  • Maintain and grow long-term client accounts
