What You'll Do

Build and grow your own sales territory Prospect daily through cold calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings Develop relationships with manufacturers and industrial customers Visit customer facilities and identify new opportunities Sell packaging supplies and equipment that solve real business problems Manage and expand accounts as your territory grows Exceed sales goals while creating long-term customer partnerships Attend Monday morning sales meetings with the team Who We're Looking For Competitive and self-motivated Comfortable hearing "no" while pursuing the next opportunity Strong communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills Coachable and eager to learn Excellent time management and organizational skills Previous sales experience is a plusbut not required Recent college graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply Success Looks Like...
