Outside Sales Representative FULL TIME FAIRFIELD HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR ROCKSTAR WINDOW CLEANING COMPANY Our growing 2nd Generation Family Window Cleaning business is immediately hiring Outside Sales Representative with an opportunity to earn unlimited income. If you have experience and a list of contacts, we can get earning commission immediately! Earn Between $50,000 to $225,000 Our Window Cleaning company is team-oriented! We provide window cleaning and gutter cleaning services mainly lower Fairfield County. Ideal Candidate has a minimum of 3 years' experience in Outside Sales, Cold Calling and Prospecting. Sales Experience in Home Services is a plus but NOT a Requirement. Industries that would be a good fit: Restaurant/Food & Beverage Sales, Automotive, Lumber, Solar, Pest Control, and many more. WHAT MAKES OUR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE DIFFERENT:

• We give you $200,000-$300,000 in sales. YOU DON'T START AT ZERO
• Provide you with a network that has strong long-term relationships.
• Provide List of Contacts to reach out to.

• 5% Repeat Commission from repeat clients (62% of 2025 clients were repeat)
• 10% Commission on first $800,000 in sales (Commercial & Residential)
• Additional Commission on Sales from $800,000 to $1.5 Million
• Mileage Reimbursement/Company Cell Phone & iPad
• CRM to track Prospects

• Self-Starter with a strong work ethic and a customer focused mindset
• Strong communication & follow-up skills both in person and on the phone
• Proven success selling Luxury Services in a short sales cycle JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals to meet
• Cold Calling & Prospecting
• Acquire commercial accounts through follow up phone calls/visits made while prospecting
• Establish and Cultivate relationships with new clients in our service area SOME REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR GENERAL OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
• Valid Driver License and proof of auto insurance
• Pass E-verify/Background Check/Drug Test
• Reliable Transportation

Compensation

: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 Per Calendar Year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
