OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE COMMERCIAL (Base + Uncapped Commission) Earn $65K average | Top reps $92K+ | Company vehicle + paid training Looking for a sales role where you control your income and build a long-term career? • Top 17% earn: $90,000+

What You'll Do

:

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts in your territory
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Conduct property inspections (interior/exterior)
• Identify customer needs and present solutions
• Close new business and build long-term relationships What We're Looking For:
• Self-motivated and driven to earn
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting properties
