Visionary Dealer Solutions is hiring a remote, field-based Regional Account Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers an uncapped commission structure with top earners making $200K+ per year. You will manage territory accounts, build relationships, and train dealership staff on proven F&I; products without income caps or rigid schedules.

About the Role

We partner with automotive, powersports, marine, and RV dealerships nationwide, providing proven F&I; products (service contracts, GAP, etc.) designed to boost profits and reward top-performing reps. What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage, grow, and own dealership accounts within your assigned territory.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong, trusted partnerships with dealer owners, GMs, and finance managers.
• Product Promotion: Present our comprehensive suite of high-converting F&I; products.
• Dealer Training: Deliver in-store training and ongoing backend support to maximize dealership production.
• Pipeline Management: Keep your pipeline organized and update your CRM daily.

What You Bring

• Sales experience (Automotive, F&I;, or warranty experience is a plus, but not strictly required).
• Confident, professional demeanor with a proven ability to close deals.
