We are currently looking to expand our team! Our floral design company is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team of talented creatives. The Wedding Sales & Design position is dedicated to handling wedding sales requests, following up on leads, proposals and overseeing and executing weddings. The Wedding Sales Position is a goal oriented, self-disciplined, creative role and has the ability to communicate the quality of product and service we offer. This individual works closely under the Wedding Director to gain full support to ensure the product and service is delivered as promised. This person has a strong eye for color and design. This individual should possess a strong will to succeed, along with a strong work ethic, and high ethical standards. This person must have floral design experience with a high level of style and following of floral trends and keeping brand consistent. The following are necessary skills that a successful wedding sales person would inhabit:

• Skilled floral designer (3+ years of experience a MUST)
• Must be able to lead a team of creatives and work well with others.
• Sociable and friendly and has a genuine desire to serve the customer
• Critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Self-starter who is energetic and flexible
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
• Prioritizes responsibilities to achieve results
• Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
• An eye for creativity, color and design
• Must have the ability to multi-task to oversee several projects at once while working with venues, clients and wedding planners
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Must be knowledgeable with flowers and have a eye for design Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour
