Dyer Auto Group Vero Beach Some people see a missed call. You see a customer who needs a call back. Some people see an internet lead that says, Is this still available? You see the beginning of a conversationand possibly the beginning of a great month. Dyer Auto Group is looking for a Sales BDC Agent who knows how to connect with people, build trust, and turn online inquiries, phone calls, and texts into real showroom appointments. No, you will not be tackling customers in the parking lot. Yes, you will be talking to a lot of people. And yes, some of them will tell you they are just looking. We admire their optimism. What You'll Actually Do You'll be one of the first people a customer meets at Dyer Auto Groupeven if that meeting happens by phone, text, or email. You will:

• Respond quickly to customers shopping online or contacting the dealership
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective buyers
• Ask good questions and actually listen to the answers
• Help customers find the right vehicle and schedule a convenient appointment
• Confirm appointments and keep customers engaged
• Keep accurate notes in our customer-management system
• Work closely with the sales team to create a smooth handoff
• Follow up without making people feel as though they have entered the witness protection program

• You bring positive energy without needing six motivational posters and a fog machine Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not the only thing we value. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, call centers, customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, or any role where personality and persistence matter can translate extremely well. Customers do not limit their vehicle shopping to Tuesday mornings, so some evening and weekend availability may be required. We believe in being honest about that before the interview.
