What You'll Do

- As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent Pinnacle Home Improvements in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services. You'll:

• Engage with homeowners through face-to-face residential outreach
• Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs
• Educate homeowners about Pinnacle's roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and door services
• Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in-home sales team
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Willingness to be coached and held accountable to performance expectations Schedule: First Week Paid Training: 11:00 AM 6:00 PM Regular Field Schedule: Includes 12 weekly in-office meetings and training sessions.
• Monday & Wednesday:
• 10:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
