The Opportunity: As a Sales Team Member, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction in our gallery, helping to guide our clients through our exclusive collections of home decor and jewelry made from natural crystals, minerals, and other earth elements. What You'll Do

:

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to gallery visitors, ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and effectively communicating the value and craftsmanship of our products.
• Assist in the setup and presentation of gallery displays to maximize aesthetic appeal and product visibility.
• Process sales transactions and manage customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Participate in special gallery events and promotions, engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Help maintain the gallery's appearance and presentability. Must-haves in a Candidate:
• Experience in retail sales and stellar customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• A genuine interest in home decor, art, and natural elements.
• Proficiency in handling sales transactions and using POS software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and occasional evenings. Nice to Have in a Candidate:
• Knowledge of or background in geology, jewelry, or design.
• Experience in visual merchandising or event planning.
• Experience using Shopify POS system. Details:
• This is a full-time position located in our Cave Creek, Arizona gallery.
• We offer a competitive salary plus commission after vetting period, with benefits including health and dental.
