: 100% commission-based Job Type: Full-time/Part-time About the Position Precision Roofing Alabama is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team as Project Managers and Roofing Sales Representatives. This is a commission-based opportunity for self-starters who want control over their income and are willing to put in the work required to build a successful career. We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who are dependable, competitive, coachable, and comfortable managing the entire customer experience from the first conversation through project completion. Roofing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Generate new roofing leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and other sales efforts
• Follow up consistently with homeowners and prospective customers
• Perform roof inspections and identify signs of storm, wind, hail, or other damage
• Explain inspection findings clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Assist homeowners with filing an insurance claim when applicable
• Prepare and present roofing options to customers
• Collect required payments and maintain clear communication throughout the process
• Coordinate and manage projects on the day of the roof installation
• Communicate with crews, homeowners, and company leadership
• Follow up with homeowners after the project is completed
• Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business What We Are Looking For

Compensation
