Overview

We are seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Brokers. In this role, you will work directly with pre-qualified leads, helping clients find the best life insurance coverage by connecting them with top-rated insurance carriers. This is a 100% commission-based (1099) position with no hourly pay. Your success is directly tied to your performance, offering uncapped earning potential and significant long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products
• Match clients with the best insurance carriers based on their situation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage your pipeline

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License (not required)
