USA Roofing & Gutters, LLC is seeking an energetic and motivated Roofing & Gutter Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties

• Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management strategies
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing and gutter systems
• Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling additional services or products where appropriate
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service
• Collaborate with management to identify market opportunities and refine sales strategies for maximum growth potential Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales within the construction or home improvement industry
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory sales and account management effectively
• Expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and direct sales techniques including cold calling and retail sales approaches
• Proficiency with CRM software sales management systems
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting features that meet client needs
