What You'll Do

as an Entry Level Account Associate

• Meet with customers to explain Verizon fiber internet and connectivity options.
• Help each customer choose services that best fit their needs.
• Guide every customer through enrollment and answer questions along the way.
• Build relationships with customers by providing a positive, professional experience.
• Complete account enrollments and maintain accurate customer information.
• Work with your team to reach sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
