Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals who want to break into the insurance and employee benefits industry. As an entry-level business representative, you will help businesses and individuals find customized benefit solutions. No prior insurance experience is required we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers
• Educate clients on employee benefits solutions
• Conduct needs analyses and present coverage options
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Track sales activity and meet performance goals What We're Looking For
