Overview

Allstate Insurance office seeking to add a new Licensed Sales Professional. A LSP is an entry level position into the Insurance Business. You would work under an Agency Principal along other LSPs and Customer Service Professionals to serve the local community's insurance needs. A large focus of the LSP position is focused on writing new insurance policies for new and existing customers under the supervision of the Agency Principal. If you are looking to get started in insurance, this is a great place to begin your insurance career. Competitive Base Salary with good commission upside. Salary Range: $42,000.00 per year

Requirements

No prior sales or insurance experience is needed. Must have a competitive spirit, good work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls requests for quotes on insurance. Follow up diligently to earn customer's trust and business. Make outbound calls to former customers to try to earn them back Call existing customers to review their current protection and look for opportunities to add lines of protection. Network in the community at local events (Chamber events, BNI or other networking groups, community events) Ask for referrals as every opportunity Create social media content to attract new clients.
