About the Opportunity We are a rapidly growing real estate organization in the Greater Phoenix market seeking a high-energy, growth-minded leader. This is not a traditional management position it's an opportunity to own the growth, leadership, and culture of a high-performing sales organization.

• We are currently hiring for this position in both our Tempe, AZ and Scottsdale, AZ offices. As the Director of Growth & Sales, you'll lead recruitment and business development efforts, coach and consult with top producers, and partner with ownership to achieve aggressive performance and profitability goals. You'll work alongside a seasoned operations and administrative team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of high-quality sales professionals.
• Coach, consult, and hold agents and teams accountable to productivity and growth goals.
• Develop and lead a strong internal leadership and support team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on company growth metrics.
• Design and implement systems that promote efficiency, culture, and profitability.
• Deliver ongoing training and business strategy sessions to drive production.
• Collaborate with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and expansion goals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
