Full description of the position

We are expanding our team across Louisiana and need motivated people to knock doors and set appointments for our inspection team. You do not have to sell anything, you do not have to get on roofs, you don't sign contracts, and you don't deal with the clients after the appointment is set. You just get your foot in the door, and our team handles the rest. If you can talk to people and handle rejection without taking it personally, you will make money here. We provide full training, so you don't need previous experiencejust a good attitude and a drive to make money. We offer a highly competitive compensation designed to reward your hard work quickly. You will start with a $600 weekly draw against your commissions to ensure you have a steady, reliable baseline income. From there, you will earn a $300 commission for every contract signed, and we process these payouts fast and you will receive your commission the very next week after a contract is finalized. For those who want to maximize their income, we offer an aggressive high- volume bonus: once you reach three signed contracts in a single week, you will earn an additional $500 bonus for every contract signed after that.
