Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and representing the company in the field. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
• Develop and deliver compelling product or service demonstrations
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in B2B sales
