Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily sales operations, motivating staff, and implementing strategies to boost sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, prior automotive sales management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and enhance overall store performance
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development
• Supervise daily store operations such as inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and stock replenishment
• Oversee customer service standards ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients SKILLS
• Proven prior experience in automotive sales management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and managerial skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff, conducting interviews, training & development initiatives
• Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales analytics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence
