Job Title: Inside Sales Associate-Automotive Parts

Job Summary

: We are seeking a customer service representative with a passion for the automotive industry to join our team. As an Auto Parts Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by answering their inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of automotive parts and systems and be able to effectively communicate with customers to help them find the right product to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, or chat
• Help customers identify the correct parts they need for their vehicles and provide technical support when necessary
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure prompt and efficient order fulfillment
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience in the automotive or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with automotive parts and systems; ASE certification a plus
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This is a full time, 40 hr work week position Store hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-6:00pm Pay is $13 per hour plus commission Must pass drug test.
