• Engage with homeowners to identify roofing needs
• Educate customers on damage, options, and next steps
• Schedule free inspections with experienced specialists
• Support homeowners through the insurance process
• Train weekly with leaders who want you to win EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
• Sales Representative: $6,000$12,000 per month
• Roofing Specialist: $9,000$18,000 per month
• Sales Manager: $250,000+ annually
