The real problems are hidden in the attic and duct system. We fix the environment the system operates in. As an Attic Knight, you'll meet with homeowners, perform comprehensive home performance assessments, diagnose comfort and efficiency issues, and present customized solutions that genuinely improve the way people live in their homes. We're the only company in Arizona exclusively focused on duct and attic renovation. We don't install HVAC equipment. We solve the root causes of comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality problems that most contractors overlook. This is a consultative sales role built on education, trust, and problem- solvingnot high-pressure sales tactics.

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided appointments generated through marketing, partnerships, referrals, and our field team
• Conduct comprehensive home performance assessments focused on comfort, airflow, efficiency, indoor air quality, and HVAC system performance
• Utilize industry-leading diagnostic equipment, proprietary products, and AI-powered sales tools to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Educate homeowners on the root causes of hot rooms, high utility bills, dust, poor airflow, and HVAC inefficiencies
• Present customized solutions and financing options designed to improve comfort, efficiency, and system longevity
• Close business with professionalism and integrity, with a strong focus on same-day solutions and same-day decisions
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, neighborhood marketing, strategic partnerships, and self-generated business development
• Manage your pipeline, appointments, and customer communications using company technology and sales systems Why This Role Is Different
